Will filing an insurance claim for damage related to the recent snowstorm raise my rates?
No. Insurance companies cannot raise insurance rates for claims that are acts of god such as snow damage, wind gust damage, ice damming, damage from fallen trees, etc.

I am scared that my insurance company will cancel my policy if I file a claim for damages sustained during the recent winter storm. Am I wrong to be concerned?
Yes you are! Because as long as the date of loss is 60 days after the policy was written, you the insured may file a claim without fear of being dropped by their insurance company. It is the law.

Can I file an insurance claim on my own?
Of course. Provided that you are one of the named insureds on the policy, you are able to file a claim yourself. However, this is not recommended strategy unless you are familiar or have a background in identifying damage and its source.
Generally speaking, insurance policies are very specific as to what is covered and what is not. Filing a claim for a loss can be overwhelming as they occur when you are least prepared. Trying to comply with documentation requirements along with your policy obligations, while simultaneously dealing with the emotional distress associated with a loss, can often lead to errors. Those errors can be the difference between fair settlement and claim denial.
ACA public adjusters are specialists in mishandled claims (which often result in more delays or unnecessary costs to you the policyholder). Consider relying on ACA adjusters who are experts in damage identification, construction restoration, and insurance policies.

How is All Claims Adjusters compensated for their services?
ACA works on a contingency basis. That contingency is a percentage of what is actually recovered from the insurance company for your loss. If no recovery, then no fee to you. Our fees charged are standard in the industry.

I already called my insurance company and they cut me a check, can I still reopen my claim, hire a public adjuster if I believe I was underpaid?
Yes. As long as you have not signed a sworn proof of loss, ACA can file what is referred to as a supplement for your claim.

I called my insurance company that reviewed my claim, and it was denied. I did not receive a check. Can All Claims Adjusters help?
Yes. All Claims Adjusters are experts in handling underpaid and denied claims. Besides, by allowing ACA to take a fresh look at your claim, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
